My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the suite I stayed in was of nice size, the rooms were so small that we had a hard time dressing. The service, however, was incredible, especially from the moment I walked in and was greeted with champagne. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the shopping district. The hotel was a complete ripoff just to get a king-size bed, but it's in a beautiful setting with a pool/patio surrounded by Bougainville. The rooms are not so nice and did not look anything like it did in the pictures.
When my wife and I visited along with another couple, we found the hotel to have top-notch service and a warm feeling atmosphere. The rooms were on the small side, but we were guaranteed a king-size bed. The location, just a block off Worth Avenue, was superb in the bourgeois center of Palm Beach, Florida. We loved the fabulous dining experience at the French pastry restaurant which had very reasonable prices.
